1.	Low-Frequency Reacting
	Forges

Simultaneously using four sets of Low-Frequency Reacting Forges with four central servers and four forges for melting production. Daily production is more than 80 tons, with one single unit production of 20 tons maximum.

2.	Furan Resin Molding
	Equipments

Two sets of Furan Resin Molding Press to reach sand production of 20 tons/hour.

3.	Semi-Automatic Molding
	Machinery

Our semi-automatic soft-molding machines, imported from Japan, in size of 1500mm (length) x 1200mm (width) x 250mm (height), are capable of daily production of 100 set of sand molds.

4.	Equipments for Sand-
	blasting and Annealing
	Process

Hanging type sand-blasting machinery that is capable for area of 3000 mm(length) x 2500mm (width) x 3300mm (height)
Annealing machinery in size of 1500mm(length) x 2500mm(width) x 3300mm (height)

1.	Order Receiving: After orders received and confirmed by the Sales Department, they are sent to the Factory Administration Department to purchase the raw materials.

2.	Wooden Pattern Checking & Work Distribution: Inspection of the pattern, work distribution and estimated finishing
	dates are organized and double confirmed by the Production & Quality Control staff.
3.	Mold Making: The Casting Division executes production according to the mold-making requests and work distribution records provided by the Production & Quality Control division.

4.	Melting: To record the CE value from the Carbon Equivalent Meter, and to adjust the percentage of composite raw
	materials.
5.	Quality Control by Spectrometer Analysis: Quality control by executing chemical analysis, visual inspection of the cast iron parts and physical property testing of the samples.

6.	Pouring
7.	Shakeout: Preparation for abrasive cleaning.
8.	Sand Blasting: This procedure involves abrasive blast cleaning, grinding, and providing centrally managed area for
	removed risers.
9.	Heat Treatment: Temperature management and adjustment according to the thickness of cast iron parts.
10.	Inspection: Non-destructive testing including: Ultra-sonic testing; Still load compression resistance testing; Hardness
	testing; Measurements reconfirmation…etc.
11.	Delivery: Customized branding and painting requests; Delivery to requested destinations.
